We take care of all the permits and inspections on behalf of the home or business owner. At CCC Holding Company we oversee the entire construction process and provide on-site project management as well as full in-house support.
When estimating costs for a project we give a detailed list of the items that are covered under the work agreement. If you have an older home it is possible that some updates to existing plumbing, electrical or structural systems etc. may need to be done in order to complete the planned project. These types of issues may not be apparent when we plan the initial costs of the project. We suggest that the home or business owner have a 5-10% emergency allowance built into the budget to cover any unexpected expenses since any work not listed in the original work agreement is not cover in the estimated cost.

As professional contractors, we are prepared and experienced in handling all types of damage. Deciding whether to tear down and rebuild or renovate can be difficult. The more cost-efficient and sustainable option is to renovate. If you plan to keep the same basic design and footprint of the existing structure than this is probably the better alternative as compared to a more costly tear down and new build. But a tear down and new build may be the right choice if your existing structure is in need of major repairs or updates.
