Many times we are contracted to build out an office space or a business within a storefront complex. This particular project involved creating a gym space within a standard office building. The design included his and her handicap accessible bathrooms with shower facilities, padded floors for the weight area, insulated floors under the machines, wall mirrors and electrical for all the automated equipment.
